I ran out of road at Achavan just in time to snap a Golden Eagle. I zoomed in and there are actually two Golden Eagles and two Buzzards using the same thermal, but you'll need to squint.
Still in Achavan, here is a sign of how hungry the Red Deer have been? No it wasn't Beaver!
Returning homewards in a backroad at Lintrathen, I managed to get a picture off Buzzards and a Red Tail Kite arguing the toss.
Almost at Kirriemuir, so I drop in at Kinnordy Loch and it really is a day for the birds. Here, a Marsh Harrier is collecting nesting material at the loch edge, whilst below, his "Mrs" is looking for food
